Garages are intended primarily for parking and vehicle storage. No garages may ever be converted to or otherwise used as; living space such as family rooms, bedrooms, bonus rooms, recreational rooms, or secondary suites, office space, or workshop. Only the number of cars exceeding occupied garage spaces shall be parked on the driveway. Vehicles parked in the driveway shall be parked such that they are no blocking the sidewalk.
