No garbage, trash, junk, or waste materials shall be placed, kept, maintained, or stored on any lot, except in covered containers and sealed sanitary containers of a type, size, color, and style, which are required by the local municipality or pre-approved by the ARB. All such containers shall be kept inside dwellings and screened from view from outside of the lot except when they are being transported and made available for collection. Containers transported and made available for collection shall not be placed at any lot curb or outside any dwelling earlier than 6:00PM on the evening prior to the scheduled pickup, and must be retrieved and returned to storage inside the dwelling by no later than 9:00AM on the date after pickup occurs.
